Watanya Resper is a Licensed ZUMBA® Instructor in Raleigh-Durham, NC area. Watanya has been an instructor since 2012. She grew up being a part of many marching bands and has enjoyed dancing since elementary school. Her love for ZUMBA® came after battling to lose weight. Now, she has lost over 40 lbs and impact the lives of others through fitness and rhythms from around the world. Come feel the music and join in the fun!

De Naked Truth Fitness (DNT) evolved from the personal blog of Youandi Brown (De Naked Truth about You and I) as she charted her own wellness journey. In this process Youandi's skills and knowledge developed with her, which led her to motivate others to start their own wellness journey. DNT Fitness now provides: One-On-One Personal Training, Strength Training Programs, Community Bootcamp and Caribbean Core Insanity Program. DNT Fitness is based in the Raleigh, NC area and caters to all ages, gender and fitness abilities.


Fet~ness is a Caribbean Cardio class designed to get your heart pumping and your waistline moving! We have taken the high energy aerobic moves from a Caribbean dance party (Fete) such as jumping, waving and of course wining to the infectious beats of Soca, Dancehall and Reggae, combined with traditional fitness exercises such as squats and lunges to create the ultimate Caribbean workout. Our mission is to increase awareness of Caribbean culture through health and wellness by Bringing the Fete to Fitness!


i-Robics is taught by Reginald Allen out of Atlanta. He grew up on it from his southern roots, as well as current which is all genres. People always tell me "your class is so different from other dance fitness workouts whether good or bad, so I embrace being different by giving it a name i-Robics. i-Robics is a workout of high intensity and an unorthodox style of dance fitness, which means it's not in a box of traditional dance fitness workout. It's inspired and infused from the music and dance styles like line dancing.
