Fet~ness is a Caribbean Cardio class designed to get your heart pumping and your waistline moving! We have taken the high energy aerobic moves from a Caribbean dance party (Fete) such as jumping, waving and of course wining to the infectious beats of Soca, Dancehall and Reggae, combined with traditional fitness exercises such as squats and lunges to create the ultimate Caribbean workout. Our mission is to increase awareness of Caribbean culture through health and wellness by Bringing the Fete to Fitness!
i-Robics is taught by Reginald Allen out of Atlanta. He grew up on it from his southern roots, as well as current which is all genres. People always tell me "your class is so different from other dance fitness workouts whether good or bad, so I embrace being different by giving it a name i-Robics. i-Robics is a workout of high intensity and an unorthodox style of dance fitness, which means it's not in a box of traditional dance fitness workout. It's inspired and infused from the music and dance styles like line dancing.
